Pedal and Powder prides itself on being a family-friendly bike shop, offering entry level bicycles for the beginner, all the way up to high-end race bikes for the expert.
We carry bicycles for children and youth by Raleigh America…Electra Townie comfort cruiser bicycles….Giant mountain and full suspension…Specialized mountain hardtails, sport disc, full suspension, stumpjumpers and test bikes. You can rest assured that we can provide you with the right bike and get to know you and understand your needs for the right fit.
Every bike we sell comes with a free 12 month service agreement.
In addition, we can help you with riding skills to get you going and having fun. Remember, we service what we sell and more, with bicycle repair and service on any bike you own.

We are the only full service bicycle shop in town with a certified bicycle mechanic on staff. Bill Pherson owner/operator went to United Bicycle Institute in April of 2011 and received his certification.
We service any and all bicycles, so bring yours in today!
Bike Rentals
Whether you need a bike rental for that special vacation event in the majestic San Juan Mountains, or for a tour around one of Pagosa Springs’ lovely lakes, we have the bicycle rentals you need. We offer new bicycles for your rental enjoyment each season! With Electra, Giant, Raleigh and Specialized, we’ll find something perfect for your needs. Each bike is thoroughly checked out just prior to your taking it to ensure your safety and fun, so please allow for the few extra minutes this will take.
We added a Tandem rental this year to our fleet. Due to the expense of the Tandem, it is for adult rental only.
We also have a rental barn located in Wyndham’s Activity Center parking lot that we went bicycles from during May through end of August.

We have a new skateboard park being built by the highschool and we are now carrying skateboards and longboards, along with wheels, bearings and accessories. Stop by and see us for your skateboarding needs.
